Ok, I too had an issue w/ these annoying tooltips. I have set the Tooltips option to "Hidden" and have even closed and restarted FM, but I am >>STILL<< getting these dratted tooltips, and they are still hanging around for an annoying few seconds even after moving the mouse. How can this be? Is it a bug in FM 9.0 that the tooltips preferences are not recognized?

They obscure what is underneath them, and worse, depending on what you're doing or what the bubbles are displayed over, they won't go away for several seconds even after the mouse is moved. Frame needs to stop helping me to death. it's becoming more and more a Microsoft product with every passing day.
