It's a nice enough video, but I fail to see how it's of any real assistance to 
someone who is using an older version of FrameMaker, such as the original 
poster (or me, for that matter...).

Styles in FrameMaker 11. I don't believe there's a k/b shortcut in the current 
version, but by storing object styles (chapter 14 of the book) you can rapidly 
apply a slew of properties across a wide range of FM objects. My video of this

surprising titled "Object Styles."
