It's a nice enough video, but I fail to see how it's of any real assistance to someone who is using an older version of FrameMaker, such as the original poster (or me, for that matter...).

I don't believe there's a k/b shortcut in the current version, but by storing object styles (chapter 14 of the book) you can rapidly apply a slew of properties across a wide range of FM objects.
