Esteemed colleagues

I am using Frame 11.0.2.384 on Windows 7. An unwanted item has invaded my TOC.
It appears on the reference page as ContentsTitleTOC. I have a ContentsTitle
item. I do not know how ContentsTitleTOC came to appear as the first line under
the Title block in the Table of Contents for the book. I don't know what else
to do to get rid of it. I have deleted it from the Reference Page (don't know
how it got there...it comes back). I delete it from the Table of Contents page
(it comes back). I suspect that there is a precise order of kill shots that are
necessary to rid me of this troublesome nit...but I cannot figure out what that
should be. Can someone put me out of my misery? Please? Thanks in advance.

Tom
