I am using Frame 11.0.2.384 on Windows 7. An unwanted item has invaded
my TOC. It appears on the reference page as ContentsTitleTOC. I have a
ContentsTitle item. I do not know how ContentsTitleTOC came to appear
as the first line under the Title block in the Table of Contents for
the book. I don’t know what else to do to get rid of it. I have
deleted it from the Reference Page (don’t know how it got there…it
comes back). I delete it from the Table of Contents page (it comes
back). I suspect that there is a precise order of kill shots that are
necessary to rid me of this troublesome nit…but I cannot figure out
what that should be. Can someone put me out of my misery? Please?

Check your TOC setup dialog box and make sure that your ContentsTitle
tag is in the Don't Include list. (Or whatever it's called -- going by
memory here.)
