Framers, every time I need to design a new template for an odd-sized
book, I spend way too much time trying to work out placement and size
of text frames on the right and left master pages to accommodate
binding edges, headers, footers, etc. Call me math-challenged, but I
was wondering if anyone has developed a boiler-plate solution to help
compute these dimensions.
