Hi Gillian, The important thing for me is that the right hand pages are numbered odd and the left hand pages even. I want it to paginate correctly in case I decide to print it out. Printing a PDF that I want to read is not unusual for an old guy like me. It doesn't bother me if there are blank pages here and there to make the pagination correct.
