Hi all, I worked with Box a lot yesterday (that's the "cloud-based storage" I mentioned), and with some experimentation and testing aid from two of the designers I support, I figured out how to do Shared Reviews with Box as a WebDAV server.
I have to say, I was almost unreasonably excited when we got it to work. I'm trying to generalize what we worked out so I can update this thread with the solution if anyone is interested, but that may take a few days. Thanks to all who supplied suggestions and information. This list rocks.
