Steve Kubis' new Table Tools plug-in also has a command for table heading rows. Here's what the documentation says:
'Table Tools provides the Fix Table Headings routine that examines the tables in the document. If a table doesn't have any heading rows defined, it will ask the user whether the first row of the table should be converted into a heading row.' No cutting or pasting required. -- Steve
