Hi Gillian, I just heard about MS InfoPath a couple of weeks ago when one of our IT guys saw a form that I'd created in Word and said, "You know... that would be so much easier to do in InfoPath".
He claims that if I create some databases in MS Access, I can populate the same fields on many forms more easily and that if I want to, I can track the data that is being input on the form fields. Of course, this means learning Access and InfoPath. I've just briefly looked at InfoPath and it seems to be pretty straight forward -- I like the way you just insert your fields on the page. I have only had a small amount of time to look at the software, so I'm sorry I can't offer more advice about using it. I'd definitely be interested to know what else you hear about it from others on the list. ~Jennifer On 11/6/06, Gillian Flato <gflato at nanometrics.com> wrote: > The powers-that-be are fed-up with Adobe Acrobat right now since 7.0 was > supposed to enable digital signatures.
