IMO, the real deal maker/breakers go something like: * What do you need to do now, and perhaps going forward, that FrameMaker can't do now, that some other product does? * What do you need to do now, and perhaps going forward, that FrameMaker can do now, but some other product does better? * Is the real total cost of migrating from FrameMaker to some other product worth the advantage(s) that it provides? * Is there value in retaining FrameMaker in your workflow as you incorporate some other product for its advantages?
