Emily, No, keep posting to the group. Sometimes the one one person who knows the answer may not be reading their email every day and will post at the last minute. However, in this case, if anyone knows the answer, it would likely be Dov.
It sounds to me like you may have a corrupt file in the FM directory and reinstalling might solve the problem. Dov might have an opinion on that as well. I've had files go bad in several applications, especially those from MS.
