I have a question. I will try to make it simple. As usual, we are in a mess again. We have a book that is mix of structure and non-structure (Don't ask why). We want to generate an index but the mix gives us a problem generating. I get a message that it can't open x file because it is structure and then fails to generate. We have made a copy of the book so as not to ruin the original. OUESTION: Is there a simple way to pull the structure out of the whole book? I think that would leave the old tags and let us generate the index normally.
