Peter, That did it. But now I have another problem.
I wanted registration marks and specified them everywhere I could think of, but they aren't showing, even though I made sure Western was selected in both the Print Book dialog and the subdialog PDF Setup for Selected Files. Anyone have any idea what's going on? Check with your teammates and manager for their location. When you find them, open them, and open the unformatted generated TOC and index you created. With the unformatted TOC active, use File > Import > Formats and choose the TOC template to import its formatting; do the same from the unformatted index.
