Deirdre, I have not had this happen with FM 8.0, but I have experienced what you are describing with previous versions of FrameMaker. Once fix that sometimes works is to save the document as MIF, then reopen and rename as the binary *.fm file.
When this happened to me, I could not find any additional text columns or odd features on the body or master page. When this happened to me, it was always with a table at the end of the document. Try saving to MIF and see if that helps. _________________________ Maxwell ?Hoffmann Director, Document Globalization Practice Globalization Partners International (GPI)??????? www.globalizationpartners.com tel: 866.272.5874????????? direct: 503.336-5952????????mobile: 503.805.3719??????? skype: maxwell.hoffmann email: mhoffmann at globalizationpartners.com??? FM 8.0, Windows 3.1. Just kidding -- Windows XP. I'm having a problem with the table on the last page of my file. I add 10 more rows, and the rows disapper on the page -- they don't force a new page. I've seen this before and I seem to remember it's a simple fix, but for the life of me I can't remember what to do! I've gone into pagination and changed the setting from "Make Page Count Even" to "Make Page Count Odd," but that hasn't done anything. Any thoughts? Thanks! Deirdre
