Hi Avi, Rick Quattro's Table Cleaner plugin makes short work of this. Simply select the row or rows you want to repeat, and choose Table > Convert Select Rows > Body to heading Rows. Short of that, you might try a) applying a table format to the imported table, and b) add a header row (Table > Add Rows or Columns > Add a Header a Header Row), c) copy and paste the original cells into that, then delete the original row.
