David, I've never worked with TimeSavers (or created forms of any sort), so my understanding of what his tools can do is limited. He does say that he can provide custom solutions, so it may be worthwhile to contact him and ask both about the Forms Assistant capabilities and whether creating dynamic forms is possible with his tool. Be pretty cool if you could! :)
