Hi Art, You will have to edit the variable definitions and translate the literal text to Spanish. You can then import the variable definitions from the one document into the rest of the book (File > Import > Formats). You have to do the same thing with the literal text in the autonumbers of paragraph formats, as well as cross-reference formats. Please let me know if you need some automation help with this. Thanks.
