PDF to Word works, mostly. I was surprised the conversion of a 57MB PDF file successfully converted to Word.
Graphics get scrambled however, so give a warning. I have a few SMEs who want a Word version to mark up. Ugh. I get comments about how bad the graphics are all the time...
