Well, you are right. I now have FrameMaker 16 (2020), Adobe tech support gave me the link, but I have no idea if it is actually released or if I have a beta. Nobody said anything.
The vendor was told to use FrameMaker 2019 and made a mistake and sent 2020 files. I don't know if they are part of a beta or not. I was expecting 2019 files, which I can open, so didn't ask for MIF. This opens more questions than those I originally asked .... Anyone in the know, feel free to chime in.
