Older than you specify, and a narrative (mockumentary?), but I'd be remiss not 
to mention Coleman Miller's "Uso Justo," which subtitles—in English, with 
different dialogue—footage from Mexican melodramas into a story about the 
making of an experimental film. It is especially discombobulating for bilingual 
viewers, who are hearing and reading completely disparate things.
