Hi Matt,

It's true what everyone says, loading a lomo tank takes lots of practice to
get comfortable with. If you haven't done it before start in daylight with
dummy film..

I was having quite a bit of trouble last year, despite years of practice
and discovered I was using the wrong combination of spacers. What I was
doing had always worked on previous tanks, but not on the one I bought on
ebay. Someone here linked to this doc with might have the diagram you're
looking for (
https://sites.google.com/site/olexserviceskinor/processing-of-a-cine-film-in-home-laboratory/spiral-processing-tanks?authuser=0),
which helped me to realize that I was used to doing "1 16mm version II",
but for whatever reason I needed to be doing "1 16 version I".

And I don't have a spare turntable laying around, but I've found a push pin
in the middle of a piece of plywood works well. The plywood doesn't turn,
but the head of the pin helps keep the spiral in the same spot while
spinning the spiral.

Hopefully this helps and good luck!
