I've been using a Sony A1U shooting in 1080i. I have a transfer box that is pretty good, (it's just a mirror and a lens basically)
The thing that sucks is that I can't get it to be strobe free without using the video camera at the '15' shutter speed. This looks weird when there is a lot of action in the 16mm film. I am using a basic bell and howell blue school projector. Any ideas on how to record a better image with this gear? thanks in advance. kristie Kristie Reinders, B.F.A.
