They're called telecine projectors. There were some made as 5 blade versions originally, others converted after the fact. Mostly they're based on Elmos, a few on Singer/Telex. Search 'telecine' on eBay. I have one I could sell you inexpensively BUT I live in CT and the shipping would be ridonculous
