Evan Meaney is deeply involved with the digital glitch. Smart guy, good artist, fine human being. Has not worked, as far as I know, with hollywood western footage. Some of Meaney's work uses his own home (VHS) "movies", making it self-referential and medium-referential. He teaches in South Carolina, if you want to find him.
