Note, there are valid use cases for deleting all packages, even those
marked as 'precious'.  For example, a test chroot(8) or jail(8).  So the
'precious' flag would also need an override.

# pkg delete -f --delete-my-precious-yes-i-know-just-do-it-already -a


  # pkg delete -f --mount-doom -a

is the only way to destroy a precioussss.
