No -- the iso images are produced at release time and not altered after that. However, binary patches are being produced by Colin Percival's FreeBSD-update service -- see his site at http://www.daemonology.net/freebsd-update/ -- which will apply to systems installed from the release media. The fixes will certainly be in the next release, which I think is going to be 4.10, but that's some time in the future.
