Hello Takaaki, > Thank you. Does FreeGUI run on Runtime Revolution? > I guess the problem is that RR doesn't have a home > stack
In principle, YES, because they use the same engine. In practice, I have tried to do accomplish this once, about a year ago, but I was un-successful. As well as I can remember, 12+ months later, is that FreeGUI is not as "easy" to port as one would expect because of some "subtle" differences in the implementation of the GUIs of MC and Rev : Home stack, name and location of components that FreeGUI borrows from its host xCard, etc. I am much more experienced with MC now, so perhaps I will fare better the next time I try to port FreeGUI to Rev. If I sense a groundswell of interest, then I will likely be moved enough to fulfill this daunting task, but until t-h-e-n ... as best as we can! ;-) PS: Anyone familiar with the rock-group Steppenwolf? Here is hoping you will trigger a groundswell, ;-) Alain __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? New and Improved Yahoo!
