Following the steps on Jason's wiki user page, I have put together a 2.1.0-beta5 release for your pleasure. It is located at ftp://ftp.freeciv.org/freeciv/beta/freeciv-2.1.0-beta5.tar.gz (with complementing archives forthcoming.)
