2: no old info
2: got field 'name'
2: got field 'username'
2: got field 'city_style'
2: got field 'nation'
2: got field 'team'
2: got field 'diplstates'
2: got field 'researching'
2: got field 'science_cost'
2: got field 'tech_goal'
2: got field 'revolution_finishes'
2: got field 'ai_skill_level'
2: got field 'inventions'
2: got field 'love'
so 1550 bytes is way below 4096 bytes even if not all fields were send
