Follow-up Comment #13, bug #15347 (project freeciv):
The attached patch adds the files "SDL_gfxPrimitives.c" (with small
modifications to fix compiler warnings), "SDL_gfxPrimitives.h" and
"SDL_gfxPrimitives_font.h" from the SDL_gfx library and makes lines be drawn
using the lineColor() function from SDL_gfx.
