Both flags are taken by me.
Cattle played the major role in the life of nomadic pastoralists, hence the
image of a bull on the sarmatian flag.
Image of the eagle was sometimes placed on the Iranian and Turkic military
flags. However, I considering a different proposal for a flag Saka (the image
of a horse on the flag).
