Follow-up Comment #20, patch #1953 (project freeciv):
Some edits:
- The Göktürk khaganate existed from the 6th to the 8th century, that makes
them Medieval, not Ancient
- Made some cuts in the civil war nations, limiting it to nations with a
somewhat closer relationship.
- Changed Qaghan to Khagan, nations may only introce one new ruler title.
- Some minor edits.
