Follow-up Comment #2, bug #17787 (project freeciv):
Here is first step patch for both S2_3 and TRUNK. It changes windows scenario
search path in configure.ac scenario -> scenarios.
I leave status of ticket to "In Progress" as additional patch is needed for
TRUNK. I'll commit this patch in a couple of days regardless, if nobody
disagrees.
