Update of bug #17710 (project freeciv):
Status: In Progress => Ready For Test
Follow-up Comment #4:
- Removed method 1 and rely on method 2 only. As a result same patch applies
to both TRUNK and S2_3.
I'm still investigating if invisible city -> real city transformation works
correctly in respect to worked tiles data, but if there's something wrong with
it, it's separate bug not directly related to this one. I'll open another
ticket for it if needed.
