Follow-up Comment #2, patch #2865 (project freeciv):
Michael also completely revamped the ruleset, giving it a more "Highlander"
flair apparently. :)
I cleaned up formatting and typos of the file he sent me, kept the English
language titles and did a quick sanity test. Here's the result.
