Details:
To keep savegame compatibility with older versions, we cannot reduce number of
normal players in patch #4232 in order to have one more barbarian type.
Instead we have to increase number of players. Attached patch increases max
total number of players by 32 (minimum step with which iterations in
savegame2.c work). New total number of normal players is humanly-round (as
opposed to power of two) 150, and for special players 10 slots is reserved.
Special negative values for player number have changed to be values over max
num of players instead where PLAYER type is used, and PLAYER type is turned
from signed to unsigned, so the number of bits remain the same even though we
now have over 128 player slots.
