Would it be practical to disable the "Show all" button in the Gtk clients'
research report if there are no technologies for which
player_invention_reachable() could return FALSE?

This would remove this confusing button which apparently does nothing in the
classic ruleset.
(It could use a tooltip, too.)

It might be rather easier to grey it based on whether there are currently
technologies for which player_invention_reachable() is returning FALSE. The
difference is in a ruleset with self-root-req'd techs, when the player gets
all available by some means, with the easier implementation, "Show all" gets
greyed out (and activated again if the player loses those techs). This seems
like something we could live with.
