Details:
Trying to use sqlite-based authentication, server first says that there's
'Invalid conversion from UTF-8 to ISO-8859-1' and then the $subject. I have no
idea what and why it would be converting to ISO-8859-1.
First I thought this to be problem on the server where I run this, but testing
on my main machine reproduced the problem with current S2_5 while older S2_5
build worked (though I didn't rebuild it now - just used the build that has
been working).
