Follow-up Comment #6, bug #22599 (project freeciv):
The last revision showing the bug (menue Civilization --> government -->
[missing government targets here, like anarchy, monarchie ...] is revision
26260. Revisions from 26261 on do not show it.
Also, this correlates with the output of some lines:
(freeciv-gtk2-r26260:30682): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_widget_is_ancestor:
assertion `ancestor != NULL' failed
during the test game, where the bug is present. The bug is visible after
loading savegame file #22122 (attached).
