I see upstream is up to 2.24.24. Do you know if this is still a problem with
that version? (I see crosser <http://www.cazfi.net/crosser/> is still on
2.24.20, presumably because of this report)
It'd be nice not to have yet another constraint in our Windows Gtk version
minefield.
