Follow-up Comment #14, bug #21475 (project freeciv):
Here is a screenshot from the same client in comment #9: using the
clearlooks-phenix theme.
There is no bug. Hence this is not a gtk2 bug but is merely an error in the
freeciv theme stylesheet.
