Follow-up Comment #5, bug #24359 (project freeciv):
Best way is just to remove: QSettings::setPath(QSettings::NativeFormat,
QSettings::UserScope,
"$HOME/.config");
because its default folder anyway and it doesnt cretae anything in that case,
otherwise on widows when using
QDir::homePath() wont use APPDATA folder probably.
