I consider it insufficient.  If you search on, other people have been equally 
sure that horses do not eat fish.  Generally, whenever someone says `I remember 
a game...' I am sceptical.  We have had several cases where that turned out to 
be mistaken.  I really like to see multiple people agreeing, or `OK, I just 
ran Col1 and it did this...' postings.

Several people have reported finding copies of Col1 floating around the net, 
and 
that they work under dos emulators.  Others have pointed out that this is of 
questionable legality, depending on where you are located.  It is for me so I 
have not investigated further.
