The best ARM based system is a SBC (Single Board computer).

Example is:

- Raspberry Pi 4 with 8GB DDR4
- Arduino Uno R3

The real hype of ARM is with premium priced WimpyDOS powered ARM laptops from
Hell, HP and WinkPad X13 series.

However, there are two Linux powered ARM laptops

- PineBook (4-core)
- Huawei Qingyun L410 (8-core)

Since almost all non-murika-iOS phone use ARM, the hardware spec of high-end
phones rivals or beats the Laptop specs.

I'd strongly suggest buying a second-hand Android phone with atleast 8GB RAM
and rooting it with stock Android. Then use an external keyboard to work on it.

There is also another beast called 'RISC-V'. The current prototypes are
unusually expensive.

Hence, here and now, we focus on AMD64 Ryzen 3 or AMD64 Ryzen5 and assemble our
stuff (give St. Intel the honest a break).

warm regards
Saifi.
