E14 is a sturdy laptop.

This laptop is listed on Lenovo Saudi Arabia site.
https://www.lenovo.com/sa/en/laptops/thinkpad/thinkpad-e-series/ThinkPad-E14-Gen-3-14%E2%80%9D-AMD/p/22TPE14E4A3

The only difference being
Storage
    SSD1: Up to 1TB M.2 PCIe SSD
Optional: SSD2: Up to 512GB M.2 PCIe SSD

This will increase the price of the laptop.

However, there is a good chance that the 1TB SATA HDD version is also available
in the market (if not the website).

warm regards
Saifi.
