I have 122 codepages ready here, though I don't have a TXT file detailing their mappings. Would it help? (Do you have a program to browse DOS fonts?) By the way, I'm about to release a new CPI pack, which would consist of codepages based on ISO charsets. Afte reading some recent messages regarding internationalization of HTML help, I thought that such piece of info would be relevant.
