Generally, NOEMS and FRAME=NONE, etc. follow Microsoft's EMM386, so I'm not sure how 
important that is to add docs anyway.

The two main differences that probably need a note are that NOEMS has the 1/8th mem, 
12M max VCPI reserve, and the presence of the VMware auto-detect UMB's exclusion zones.
