HIMEM is still under GPL, correct? derived from FDXMS, which is GPL. so no problem when you want to include other GPL stuff, like Linux code.

EMM386 driver may be another case. Tom changed license of his program to get rid of the
redistribution and usage limitations/issues of the GPL, compilers and compressors.
Michael claims his changes to be public domain, so in effect it gets the license of the
sourcecode in which it is injected (GPL for HIMEM, Artistic License for Emm386).
