Sometime on Tuesday (my) local time, you and Eric and anyone else who quickly volunteers will be sent a proposed final HIMEM and EMM386 revision with 1) the 'G' gigabyte suffix fix; 2) (hopefully) the protected mode stack fix or whatever's going on with certain DOS-extended stuff under VPC et al; and 3) your build subdirectory, named "PETTICOAT". Oh alright, it will be called TCBUILD, or a different name if a better one is suggested and isn't intensely rude, lewd, or obscene. Delicately rude, lewd, or obscene would be satisfactory. If you agree that it looks the way you want (i.e. relative to the new directory for you) and that it works, or at least doesn't break worse, then it's going to be publicly released on Wednesday. If you gripe about anything after that, my entire body will explode in rage and rain toxic bodily fluids upon your lands, leaving you with a nasty rash and nothing to eat but runty parsnips. This will be the last, the very last, version of HIMEM and EMM386 before FreeDOS release, unless someone proves it reformats their hard disk while playing the Toccata and Fugue in D Minor. Or unless I change my mind. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more? Need to support web services, security?
