It is simple, deliberately so since its whole purpose in life is to avoid 
EXEPACK and PKLITE issues.  Simpler yet is to not support the functions, as 
was the original behavior.  However, that does raise a question, EMM386 
perhaps should only support the A20 enable/disable function which is used 
by the kernel and lock the other pair again.  Doing so would reduce the 
potential conflict range.

Any passing kernel people know which of the A20 control calls are 
used?   Is it all global function 3 and 4?  Local 5 and 6? Or must both 
type of calls be supported.

Slipping next EMM386 release a day is acceptable to me, so the modification 
has time to make it in.  I have several dull admin tasks on my plate 
associated with the new build system anyway.
